CLEP Testing
In addition to dual-enrollment and dual-credit courses that allow CCA students to earn college credit while still in high school, students also have the opportunity to gain college credit by taking one of more than 30 CLEP exams.
By combining these options, motivated students can potentially graduate from high school while simultaneously earning an associate degree—celebrating two major milestones at once: a high school diploma and a college associates degree.
CCA not only offers dual-enrollment and dual-credit courses, but also serves as an official CLEP testing center, making it even more convenient for students to take advantage of these opportunities.
The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) is a series of exams that allow students to earn college credit for knowledge they have already mastered. CLEP exams cover a wide range of subjects, including history and social sciences, composition and literature, science, mathematics, business, and world languages. These exams can often be used to fulfill general education requirements at many four-year colleges and universities.
