At CCA, we desire to provide a quality academic education in a safe and biblical environment. The fees and tuition provide the means for the affordability of a Christian education.

Discounts & Scholarships
HOUSEHOLD DISCOUNTS: 15% off on second child, 20% off on all over two. Tuition is figured on the highest rate first, etc Sorry, no discounts for infants through age two.
SPECIAL NEEDS: S.C. will reimburse parents up to $11,000 per year for tuition paid for a child with an IEP or a diagnosis of some type. See administrator for details.
THE JARVIS MILLS & THE MARTIN LUTHER SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS: In K5 and above, tuition assistance is available to parents who face financial difficulties or hardships
NUTRAMAX EMPLOYEE GRANTS: Nutramax will monthly pay the following amounts on the accounts of the children of employees: Cubby Care (4:00 pickup) $442.50; Cubby Care (5:30 pickup) $517.50; K3 – K5 $237.50; G1-G6 $247.50; G7-G12 $252.50.
CHRISTIAN COLLEGE: CCA awards a scholarship to all graduates who attend selected Christian colleges in the amount of $300 for each year continuously enrolled at CCA.
SCHOOL CHOICE: Parents of public school students and of age four students whose household income is below double the poverty line may receive $6,000 from the state South Carolina to pay for the cost to send their children to Carolina Christian Academy. See our office for details.
Matriculation Fees
Matriculation fees are one way the school covers its operating costs. Fees are one of the fairest ways of doing this inasmuch as each parent is charged only for the services they actually receive, services such as band, computer lab, or lockers.
Totals below include supplemental accident insurance ($10.00 or $25) and school accreditation fees ($28.00).

Total MATRICULATION FEES by grade: Nursery & Age 1, $30; K2, $87; K3, $87; K4, $87; K5, $232; G1, $327; G2, $327; G3, $337; G4, $367; G5, $427; G6, $427; G7, $427; G8, $427; G9, $432; G10, $402; G11, $402; G12, $1,077 (Grade 12 fees include graduation and WILD’s Senior trip. One half {$538.50} is due at the beginning of school and the other half {$538.50} February 1.)
For $3.00 per month, matriculation fees may be divided into ten equal monthly payments and paid with tuition. (Matriculation fees are recalculated each summer.)

Payment Options
Tuition may be paid in full up-front, one half each semester or in 10 payments. A 2% discount is given for paying for the year in cash by August 1st. A 2.95% surcharge is charged when using a charge card. ACH drafts (check online) made be used at no cost. If the ten-payment plan is chosen, payments are due monthly on the first of the month beginning with August and ending with May.
Financial Terms
- A late charge of $20.00 will be added on the 15th if the amount due is not paid in full. Students are not permitted to continue if accounts are not current at month’s end. Grades and transcripts will be withheld until accounts are paid in full.
- All kindergarten accounts must be current by Dec.10th for students to return on Dec. 11th.
- All kindergarten accounts must be paid in full by May 2nd for students to return on May 3rd.
- Accounts in G1-12 must be paid in full by May 10th for students to return on May 11th.
- If a student is withdrawn before year’s end, there will be a $50 early withdrawal charge.
Extra Curricular
Tutoring & IEP’s
For students who need it, CCA can arrange one on one tutoring and other intervention measures. The charges for these services may vary from student to student but will be commensurate with the services provided.
Athletic Participation Fees
Volleyball, Basketball, J.V. and Varsity Cheerleading, Golf: $100 per sport.
Books
Textbooks, workbooks, and other books are provided for students at no additional charge. These materials remain the property of CCA. If a student withdraws, books and related materials remain with the school. Yearbooks are purchased separately.
Checks
Checks may be deposited on the day received. $50.00 will be charged for returned checks. After two returned checks in a school year, no additional checks will be accepted.
Summer School
Registration plus one-half of tuition is due before 1st day of class and the balance 30 days later.
Registration: $30 per subject
Tuition: $350 for makeup subjects | $700 for new subjects
Books: Book cost will vary with subject
